I've been using Mambo at first, before the birth of Joomla!, and built a couple of websites with it, for local companies.
After a while, Joomla! was born. Was holding back from using it at first, then got convinced, and built a couple more sites with it.
Meanwhile I was working as a freelancer on vWorker.com (previously RentACoder.com). The year was 2006. I got a project on RAC for building a simple affiliate module for VirtueMart. And so I did. After the project was completed, I noticed so many posts on the VirtueMart forums desperately shouting for such an affiliate module for VirtueMart. And so VM Affiliate was born. Since 2006, it has grown into a very powerful and complex affiliate system.
Right now, I'm preparing a team to build tens of extensions, based on unique ideas that I've come up throughout this time, and are still undeveloped.
Aiming at becoming a major Joomla! extensions company.
That would be great. I am still tied up with getting the site rolling. I just haven't had enough moments yet. lol
