Is anyone using a different method or have a different experience with Mobile Joomla!?
Ugur Kaner on Tuesday, 17 April 2012 04:02Hi Mary, Mobile Joomla! adds about 28Mb to your database, which contains information necessary to correctly detect full set of existing mobile devices including old ones that don't support media queries, etc.. You can of course go for viewport method (responsive design), however, please not that Mobile Joomla has a lot other features that cannot be done via responsive design, i.e image rescaling, support of subdomains, special mobile templates, etc..
