We're so happy to say that all our edits and updates for the second printings have gone to press! Thanks to everyone who caught typos for us and to everyone who has helped us almost sell out the first printing!

Great news too, Jenny reshot a number of the images, so hop over to our site and check out the image galleries. AND we have some great updates that cover 1.6 even more than the first printing. Don't worry, if you bought the first printing we'll have copies of the updates for you too. Make sure to register at our site to get a notice and you can check InformIT too.

Thanks everyone!

Thank you for providing this great resource. I am just getting started with Joomla! for my first professional website so I purchased the Kindle edition of this book to guide me. Initially I was worried that reference books would be hard to use on Kindle but this book includes so many great tools that really make it quite powerful. I was so glad to see all the helpful links that were included in the Kindle edition. Using Kindle for PC is especially great as I can open web-links directly from the book whenever they are included. It was also a big help considering I am currently living in Guatemala and would have had to wait several months before I could have purchased this book otherwise.

Thank you Jason for taking the time to tell us about your experience with the book. I am really glad it has been helpful. Don't forget to sign up to our newsletter on http://officialjoomlabook.com and subscribe to the newsfeed. Both of those resources will keep you informed about updates to the chapters, additional tools, resources and tips.

Best of luck with your new site! Happy Joomlaing!
