Gordon, Thank you for your response. At this point we have not seen too much interest. 3 or 4 people. For now we are keeping track of all interested parties and will email an update once we make a few more decisions as to the direction we will go. We are not located too far from you. The meeting would be held at the Allegro offices in Glen Allen (near Virginia Center Commons). If you are still interested, please message me your contact information and I will add you to our list. Amy

I set all filters to no filtering and it seems to work for me. I also use the JCK editor and would recommend it highly. I have found the ckeditor is very limiting and support is non-existence once you get past the simple level.

Mandville, Thank you very much for the tip! I started looking inside each plugin untill I discovered which plugin was sending the email after submission of new articles on the front end. The name of the plugin causing my problem was "Content - Joomla". Here is the description from inside of the plugin "Description Does category processing for core extensions; sends an email when new article is submitted in the frontend. Once I deactivated this plugin... I tried submitting a new article on the front end and everything went smooth as silk. No delays and an immediate reply that the article had been submitted. Thanks again!! David

Paul Barlow
how do you add a pdf document to an article, (pdf document so it can be opened up and printed out or saved by the viewer/visitor to the site)?

Hello,
Can someone please help?
Joomla 2.5 wants to send an e-mail after creating a new article on the front end (pressing the save button). Here is the error "Could not execute: /usr/sbin/sendmail". The article will still post, but about 230 lines of error message appear on the screen. It clears when you leave the page. When returning to the page, the newly created article is available. My server send mail works fine for registering account and send mail to all users.
