Maybe you've gone quite fast, and we should discuss first which would be the best way for matching volunteers/skills with available projects.
As far as I understand your original text, your idea is to let people say what their skills are and maybe ellaborate a list, so whenever JPeople or any other working group needs people for a vertain task, they can check that list and see if there are enough qualifing volunteers. Am I right?
